Because digital files (PDFs, ZIPs, templates, etc.) can be downloaded instantly and copied without limit, we’re unfortunately unable to offer refunds once a purchase is complete. We’ve priced our products as fairly as possible to keep them accessible, and we don’t have the margin to absorb returns on items that can’t be “returned.”
